Twin Softener Series
Never run out of soft water
Overview
About this system
Twin-alternating technology keeps soft water available around the clock by letting one tank provide treated water while the other regenerates. The result is continuous, 24/7/365 soft water for homes that demand uninterrupted performance.
Never run out
Continuous soft water. Day and night.
The Twin Softener Series uses two softening tanks that work together as an alternating system. While one tank actively provides soft water to your home, the other can regenerate. Once regeneration is complete, the system switches tanks automatically, so your home keeps receiving treated soft water without the interruption associated with conventional single-tank softeners.
Why twin-alternating?
Built for homes that never want to run out
24/7/365 Soft Water
Continuous soft-water availability for homes that demand uninterrupted performance.
Automatic Alternation
The system automatically switches between tanks as needed, with no manual intervention.
Efficient Regeneration
Regeneration takes place using softened water, helping maintain consistent system operation.
Smart Control
Bluetooth-enabled control provides convenient access to system settings and operation.
How the system works
Two tanks. One continuous supply.
- One tank softens the incoming water and delivers it to your home.
- The second tank stays available and regenerates when needed.
- The control valve automatically manages the alternation between tanks.
- Regeneration occurs without interrupting household water availability.
- The system continues alternating tanks as needed, so soft water is always on tap.

Frequently asked questions
What makes a twin-alternating softener different from a standard softener?
A standard single-tank softener has to pause softening while it regenerates, which is typically why many are set to regenerate overnight. A twin-alternating system uses two tanks so one can provide soft water while the other regenerates, which means soft water can remain available around the clock.
Does the system ever run out of soft water?
The design goal of a twin-alternating system is continuous soft water. Because one tank stays in service while the other regenerates, and the system switches automatically, your home is designed to always have a tank delivering soft water.
How do I know which size I need?
The right size depends on your household water demand, peak flow rate, number of people, and your water conditions. The series is offered in 10, 15, 20, and 25 GPM configurations. Contact us and we will help match a configuration to your home.
What is 10% cross-linked resin, and why does it matter?
Resin cross-linking refers to the structure of the softening resin. 10% cross-linked resin is designed to offer improved resistance to chlorine compared with standard 8% cross-linked resin, which can support longer resin life in chlorinated water.
Does the system use salt?
Yes. Like other ion-exchange water softeners, the system uses salt to regenerate the resin. The brine tank is refilled with soft water as part of the operating cycle.
How is the system controlled?
The system uses a Bluetooth-enabled control valve, so you can conveniently access system settings and monitor operation. Power, drain, and connection requirements vary by installation, so please refer to the installation guidance or contact our team to confirm what your setup needs.
What is the warranty?
The system carries a 10-year warranty on the valve and electronics and a lifetime warranty on the tank and resin. Contact us for the complete warranty terms that apply to your configuration.
