Overview

About this system

Purified drinking water the moment you ask for it, with no storage tank under the sink and only two filters to ever replace.

A tank-style reverse osmosis system stores water it made hours ago. The 360 Infinity Tankless RO makes water the instant the faucet opens, flushes itself automatically, and tells you on the front display when a filter is due. The tank is gone entirely, so nearly the whole cabinet under the sink is yours again.

Why the Infinity is different

  • No tank. The RO storage tank is gone, freeing up almost the entire space under the sink. Cabinet depth is just 5.4 inches.
  • Only two filters to replace. A 3-in-1 PCT composite filter and a long-life RO membrane. That is the entire maintenance list, with no banks of housings and no sump wrench.
  • Twist-lock filter changes. Pop the front cover, twist the cartridge 90 degrees, pull it straight out, and drop the new one in. It clicks when it is locked, under a minute per filter.
  • No need to shut the water off. Filters change with the supply line still on, so a service visit stays a service visit.
  • TDS-metered faucet. A live total-dissolved-solids readout, refreshed every ten seconds, shows exactly how clean the water in the glass is, in mg per L.
  • Two waters from one faucet. Flip the handle for Filtered water to cook, rinse, and fill with, or Purified RO water to drink. Using filtered mode for everyday tasks stretches the membrane life.

The two-filter design

Stage 1, PCT Composite Filter (3-in-1). PP sediment, carbon fiber, and post carbon block in a single twist-lock cartridge. Removes sediment, sand, rust, residual chlorine, and abnormal flavor and odor. Replacement cycle 8 to 12 months.

Stage 2, RO Membrane. Reduces total dissolved solids and the dissolved contaminants carbon cannot catch, including arsenic, lead, chromium, sodium, mercury, nitrates, and other heavy metals. Replacement cycle 12 to 24 months.

One faucet, three positions

  • Filtered. PCT filter only, for cooking, washing produce, and filling the kettle. The RO membrane stays out of the loop, so it lasts longer.
  • Purified. PCT filter plus RO membrane, the purest water the system makes, and the mode that puts a live TDS value on the display.
  • Off. Handle centered. The faucet is closed and the system sits idle until the next draw.

Smart display and automatic care

  • Purified TDS readout, a live mg per L value refreshed every ten seconds.
  • RO and PCT life bars, a per-filter bar graph that flashes and alerts when a change is due.
  • Automatic flushing, 18 seconds at power-up, after 30 minutes of continuous use, and again after 6 hours.
  • Quick-connect ports for inlet, purified, filtered, and drain, push-to-fit with lock clips.

What it reduces

Sediment, sand, rust, and suspended material. Residual chlorine. Unpleasant flavor and odor. Total dissolved solids at a 90 percent rejection rate. Arsenic, lead, chromium, and mercury. Sodium, nitrates, and other heavy metals.

Specifications

  • TDS rejection rate: 90 percent
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 17.1 in x 5.4 in x 15.9 in
  • Feed water: municipal tap water, cold supply only
  • Feed water pressure: 14.5 to 58 psi
  • Feed water temperature: 41 to 100 F
  • Power: 110 to 240 V in, 24 V out, 50 or 60 Hz
  • Operating sound: not to exceed 55 dB
  • Installation: under-sink, requires a drain saddle and a 1 inch faucet hole

90 percent TDS rejection tested under standard laboratory conditions after full flushing. Actual performance varies with source water quality, usage, and water pressure. Longer RO filter life assumes Purified mode is reserved for drinking water. Do not connect this system to a hot water supply line. Well water must pass through a pre-filtration system before the unit.
